Karlin
Daniel & Associates
is confident that your affairs will be handled professionally through
the combined efforts of Mr. Alan Frenkel and the support
staff of our firm.
Mr. Frenkel
received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Iowa State University in
1977. He continued to hone his professional capabilities in the
fine arts while studying abroad in Paris, France for two years.
Mr. Frenkel graduated The Reich International School of
Auctioneering, Mason City, Iowa in 1983 and received his real
estate broker's education from T.A.S.K. Real Estate Academy in
Orlando, Florida.
He has been a
proud associate of Karlin Daniel and Associates since 1994 and has
participated in hundreds of auction campaigns in the areas of
bankruptcy, estates, municipalities, antiques, and business
liquidations. The legal and financial communities avail themselves
of Mr. Frenkel’s ability to identify, organize and market their
assets in a manner best suited to produce the highest results. He
has worked closely with secured creditors and many of the bankruptcy
Trustees in conducting successful auctions of real and personal
property. He is a member of the Central Florida Bankruptcy Law
Association.
In order to
stay abreast of current trends and technologies in the auction
industry, Mr. Frenkel has earned the Certified Auctioneers Institute
(CAI) designation. This is the highest designation offered in the
auction industry and is held by only 15% of all auctioneers.
Additionally, he holds the Certified Estate Specialist (CES)
designation, an advanced program offered by the National Association
of Auctioneers for the advanced study of all aspects of selling
family estates through auction.
Mr. Frenkel's
civic outlook is equally impressive. He is the past president of
the Orlando Breakfast Rotary Club and has used this format to raise
funds for several youth programs in his home city of Orlando. Mr.
Frenkel has graduated from the Orlando Chamber of Commerce
Leadership Orlando program and remains active with many civic
groups. He conducts annual charity auctions for the Orlando Ballet,
Orlando Philharmonic, Orlando Opera, the Boy Scouts, Geneva School,
Rotary Clubs, March of Dimes, Children’s Miracle Network and the
Jewish Community Center, to name a few.
Mr. Frenkel is
also a member of the National Auctioneer’s Association and serves on
the board of the Florida Auctioneer’s Association.
