TIM HOZA benefits his clients with insights gained from varied and diversified career in the marketing of real estate. Mr. Hoza has been licensed to sell real estate in the State of Florida since 1984. He has been involved in several major auction campaigns inclusive of a ballroom type campaign which produced over 4 million dollars of successful real estate sales in one day. Mr. Hoza graduated from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor's degree in 1972, and received his Master's degree in 1976. Since he has spent considerable educational and career efforts in counseling, he possesses a clear advantage when dealing with the sensitive issues often surrounding an auction campaign.
