Having conducted over 4000 auctions and after many
years of coordinating auctions with a 60 year recognized firm, Karlin
Daniel founded our firm in order to provide high quality auction
services to the public. Since that time, our firm has grown to become
a dominant force in the Florida auction market. We encourage you
to visit our office and our auctions to meet us, witness our on-site
auctions and discuss your auction needs.
Has Karlin Daniel and Associates
ever conducted an auction like mine?
We have a lengthy track record of successfully conducting many
auctions of all types of property, including properties similar
to yours. The bidding frenzy that experienced, well-trained
professionals can achieve, only occurs when the auction is correctly
executed from beginning to end. Don't leave your auction to
chance, call one of our auctioneers at Karlin Daniel and Associates
and rest assured with confidence in our proven abilities.
It takes more than a microphone to conduct an auction!
Our firm has invested substantially in having the right equipment
to conduct your auctions. We have a full-time support staff
to answer toll-free telephone lines. We are capable of mass
mailing thousands of brochures in a single day. Our network
of computers stays in touch with the buyers. At our auctions,
we have the best available equipment including multiple P.A.
systems, on-site computers for registration and cashiering,
copy machine, video and audio recording equipment and locking
drop safe for the money, and it is all housed in a portable
office that generates its own power when necessary. We have
the most in-depth equipment in the business.
- How much does an auction
cost?
Much less than you would guess. As a matter of fact, most of
the auctions we conduct cost the seller nothing. Typically,
we work for you and charge the buyer for our services.

From
beginning to end, how
long does an auction take?
Karlin Daniel & Associates strictly adheres to a simultaneous
release of all advertising, brochures, and signs. In order to
accomplish the best auction results, approximately 4 weeks lead
time is needed for a real estate auction. A minimum of 3 weeks
scheduling is needed for a non-real estate auction.
What if nobody shows up?
- It just doesn't happen to us. When we conduct your auction,
our seasoned professionals have taken the necessary steps to
prevent a "NO SHOW" outcome.
Do I have to take whatever is bid?
No. You can accept or reject the high bid. However, you should
know an auction conducted on a "Sells to the HIGHEST BIDDER,
REGARDLESS OF PRICE" out performs "RESERVE" auctions.
The point of hiring Karlin Daniel & Associates is to get
top dollar for your property in a timely fashion.
- What if nobody wants
my properties?
We often hear this statement. The truth is that many buyers
exist for all properties. When Karlin Daniel & Associates
conducts your auction, the true market is exposed. Buyers will
surface for any property when the auction strategy is well founded
and in our experienced care.
Should my auction be scheduled
on a Saturday?
Maybe, but not necessarily.
Saturday is an active day for many events, therefore a week-day
auction often has less competition from other events. Our free
proposal of services includes a survey regarding your property
and the suggested date of auction including time of year and
the day of week.
If I have an auction,
will everyone think I had to?
- Auctions are not last ditch efforts. The
most savvy of sellers actually prefer auction marketing and
frequently select an auction as the best method of sale. One
ingredient to a successful auction is the real story. The buyer
must know you are serious about selling.
